Having developed some of the most coveted homes in Los Angeles, Jeff Lewis has earned the title of America's most well-known house flipper. Lewis has created a brand of properties that are in harmony with and are exemplified by the exterior and interior living spaces. When it comes to renovation, Lewis believes in finding the true integrity of the house, then breathing life back into the space in a way that will connect with a certain type of buyer.
His hugely successful show, "Flipping Out," on Bravo, will return for its seventh season on Wednesday, March 5th, at 10 pm. The show is centered around Jeff and his entourage, consisting of his project manager, Jenni, housekeeper, Zoila, boyfriend/business manager, Gage, and other assistants and helpers. In the first season, the show revolved around Jeff's flip projects, as he renovated homes and re-sold them for a profit. As the housing bubble popped in 2007, he started to focus more on his home decorating consulting business and less on flipping houses, though in season four he considered moving back into flipping small projects on the side.
A spin-off show, "Interior Therapy" premiered on Bravo in 2012, featuring Jeff and Jenni moving in with their clients to oversee redesigns and construction on their homes, and offering a little relationship advice sometimes on the side.
Between managing design projects around the country for clients, expanding into new product categories, managing his staff, and remodeling his own projects, it's only a matter of time until someone pushes Lewis' buttons and provokes another major flip out.
