America first saw Lauren in season 3 of the Fox network "So You Think You Can Dance," where her talents took her to a spot in the final six. After the show, producers quickly found a way for her to return to assist Tyce Dario, Napoleon and Tabitha, and Mia Michaels during the next three seasons. During season 5, Lauren was chosen to travel on the audtion tour as highlighted choreographer for the Choreography round, and her consistency and passion for mentoring saw her return as an All-Stars talent for seasons 6, 7 and 8.
Between seasons, Lauren has continued leaving her mark by performing with such artists as Rihanna, Britney Spears, Mariah Carey, Shakira, Sean Kingston Carrie Underwood, Enrique Iglesias, and others. On the big screen, she appeared in "Bring it On: Fight to the Finish," and "Hannah Montana: The Movie," as well as "Disaster Movie." She was honored to become a private dance coach to some of the biggest celebrities, as well, such as Tom Cruise, Katie Holmes, and Tobey Maguire, as well as being a featured dancer on the award-winning musical television comedy, "Glee."
She found a new passion for acting in "Ghost Whisperer," ABC Family's "Make It or Break It," and the CBS series, "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation."
Currently, she is having her talents tested as the female lead in India's highly-anticipated first ever 3D dance film, "AnyBody Can Dance," (known as "ABCD"), which is scheduled for release this month. She spent 3 months learning Hindi, Bollywood techniques, and filming in Mumbai alongside well-known Indian film and dance stars.
