Remembering Phoebe Snow

Singer Phoebe Snow, the multi-ranged singer of "Poetry Man," died Tuesday, April 26, from complications of a brain hemorrhage she suffered in January 2010. She was 60 years old.

Two years ago she visited with me on Olivia Wilder Times to talk about everything from the love and loss of her brain-damaged daughter, Valerie Rose, to Buddhism to potato pancakes and everything in between.

I am re-airing the interview as a tribute to a woman so dear, who will be missed. We laughed, we cried, we talked for two hours. I hope you will enjoy this flashback as much as I loved talking with her.
