Nadia G. and her "Bitchin' Kitchen"

Cooking up a storm in 3-inch cherry stilettos, Nadia G. (Giosia) has been haild as the "Julia Child of the NET generation." The creator and host of Cooking Channel's runaway hit series, "Bitchin' Kitchen," Nadia delivers fabulous dishes while dishing them up in a hilarious and demented fashion. "Bitchin' Kitchen" turns everyday life situations into occasions to celebrate, with great food and belly laughs.
Nadia G. was an early pioneer of the online entertainment industry, having run her own boutique design/brading studio for the last seven years. What was missing was....food! In 2007, she debuted "Bitchin' Kitchen" as a 3-minute mobile show, and it quickly gained the attention of mainstream broadcast media. "Bitchin' Kitchen" debuted on Food Network Canada in 2010, beoming the first-ever online lifestyle entertainment brand to successfully transition from internet to primetime. The show was picked up by Cooking Channel in October of this year. Armed with a crew of misfit food correspondents, a tea towel made of chain mail, fresh organic ingredients, and a sharp tongue, Nadia G. whips up the perfect blend of food and humor. In each episode, she shares accessible, inspiring recipes to suit nearly any life situation, from break-ups to make-ups, and everything in between, always peppered with signature "Nadvice."
