"GILMORE GIRLS" LUKE

Scott Patterson is best known for his 7 season run on "Gilmore Girls," playing 'Luke Danes, 'the owner of 'Luke's Diner,' frequented by protaganist 'Lorelai Gilmore,' (Lauren Graham), and her daughter 'Rory,' played by Alexis Bledel, and the brilliant three-season build up to admitting their love for each other, and finally having a relationship, albeit not untroubled. The Philadelphia native attended Rutgers University, eventually studying acting in New York with renowned coaches Robert Lewis and Sondra Lee. Ssott spent seven years as a professional pitcher in minor league baseball, topping out at the Triple-A level, which is the highest before the majors.

Scott has appeared in numerous television and theatrical releases, including the horror films, "Saw" IV, V, and VI, as Agent Peter Strahm; on the small screen you've seen him in such shows as "Seinfeld," "Silk Stalkings," "Arli$$," "Will and Grace," recurring in "90210," and starring in "Aliens In America," He currently has four films in production, and will be seen this fall in the upcoming series, "The Event."
