GIVING PETS THE ROYAL TREATMENT

Photobucket
Though we all remember him as the dashing prince bachelor on ABC's "The Bachelor" series' 9th season - the first that took the franchise out of the US and into Italy- Lorenzo Borghese is so much more.

Born in Milan, Italy, Prince Borghese lived in Rome and near Paris, moving to the states at the age of five. His genealogy includes paternal ancestors Pope Paul V and Cardinal Scipione Borghese, who both had great influence on Italian art and the beautification of Rome in the 1600's, and helped finish St. Peter's Basilica. The Borghese name is found on the facade of the famed basilica. Lorenzo is the grandson of Princess Marcella Borghese, creator of the luxurious cosmetics line.

Lorenzo Borghese currently juggles a variety of challenging positions in the cosmetics industry. He is not only the founder and president of Royal Treatment Pet Spa, a high-end bath, body, and skin care line for pets, he is also a managing partner with his father, Prince Francesco, in GT Partners, a private lable Italian cosmetics company that sells numerous brands to major department stores.

A true pet lover, Lorenzo donates money for every purchase made on Royal Pet Club to American Humane and North Shore Animal League of America, in loving memory of his black labrador, "Belle."
