4 MICHELIN STAR & 5 AA ROSETTE WINNING CHEF

Jean-Christophe Novelli is a 5 AA Rosette and 4 Michelin Star award-winning chef, who, after opening several successful restaurants in London and the UK, in addition to Cape Town, SA, and Normandy, FR, and acting as Chef Consultant on Sea France Ferries, moved on to new ventures, opening 'The Novelli Academy,' in 2005, which is currently housed in his own 14th century Hertfordshire farmhouse. Within three months, it was voted among the "Top 25 Cookery Schools in the World," and in 2007, Chef Novelli was awarded an Honorary Doctor of Arts from Bedfordshire University for his 30 years of dedication to his craft and outstanding achievements in cooking, only the third chef in history to achieve this honor.

Jean-Christophe brought the passion for cooking he first found as a baker in France, at the young age of fourteen, to the first American version of 'The Novelli Academy,' where nine chefs went through grueling challenges over eight weeks on BRAVO's "Chef Academy," for the coveted honor of being graduated under Jean-Christophe's tutelage.

EMMANUEL DELCOUR, our own "Art Of Living Magazine" valued contributor, was one of those chefs, and he graduated with honors. He will join us tonight, as well as JEFF SIEGEL, our Wine Curmudgeon.

Next week, Part 2 of the Jean-Christophe Novelli interview will be aired with Emmanuel in on this one!
