RAJAT PARR
Rajat Parr apprenticed to master sommelier, Larry Stone, at Rubicon, working closely with Stone, and gaining extensive wine knowledge, with a penchant for wines of Burgundy. His expertise working at "Fifth Floor," in San Francisco, quickly garnered the restaurant rave reviews, and the Grand Award from Wine Spectator magazine after a mere 2 years in business.

As Wine Director of the Mina Group, of famed chef/restaurateur, Michael Mina, he is responsible for developing and managing the wine programs at each of Mina's restaurants, including the new, "RN74."

Even with a full schedule, Parr found the time to start his own label, 'Parr Selection', making its debut in 2007, building and nurturing significant relationships with choice California estates, allowing Parr the opportunity to pour selections exclusive to Mina Group restaurants from these preferred estates.
