Debra Weeks is a hands-on executive producer who for over 25 years has been instrumental in creating and shaping the new era of reality television. She develops and is consistently engaged in all creative and business aspects of production. She builds her team, sets up the infrastructure and manages multi-million dollar budgets to generate successful and entertaining television.

For the past ten years, Debra has worked as the sole executive producer in charge of many networks and all cable series for Bruce Nash Entertainment. She has successfully helmed hundreds of hours of programming all over the world for national and international audiences in a variety of formats; including situational reality, investigative news, travel, and caught-on-camera.

From 1989 to 1999, Debra was one of the founding producers of Paramount Pictures' news magazine show "Hard Copy." She helped shape the show which would change the face of both news and reality television by creating a new genre of "Tabloid T.V." - the first to marry celebrity reporting to breaking live news. Debra specialized in obtaining the unobtainable. She raced around the world chasing Michael Jackson. She covered the royal scandals in England and had exclusive access to the victim's family in Tahiti after Marlon Brando's son murdered his sister's boyfriend.

Currently Debra is the executive producer of three hit reality television shows on truTV.
