As the Executive Chef at Hotel Palomar in Dallas, Blythe can be found sporting her signature pink chef attire, barking orders, and sassing her crew in the gorgeous show kitchen at Central 214, the boutique hotel's premiere restaurant. "This is not a job. This is not a career. This is not a choice," Blythe says. "This is what I am meant to do. It is my passion."
