Tonight: special guest, Daisy Martinez, of Food Network's "Viva, Daisy!"

About Daisy: Having appeared as host of the popular PBS series, Daisy Cooks!, Daisy Martinez embraces her cultural roots and knowledge of the broad spectrum of Latin cuisine and has become a familiar face in most households. Growing up in Brooklyn, N.Y., as the daughter of mainland Puerto Ricans, Daisy learned that the kitchen is the happiest room in the household, filled with love, family, and delicious food. In 1998 Daisy matriculated at the French Culinary Institute and, shortly after graduation, worked on the set of PBS’ Lidia's Italian-American Kitchen as a prep-kitchen chef and as a private chef in New York City. Following the success of her own series, Daisy has published Daisy Cooks! Latin Flavors That Will Rock Your World (Hyperion, 2005) and is also a regular contributor to Every Day with Rachael Ray, Siempre Mujer, and Reader’s Digest’s Selecciones magazines.

All new format with my new co-host, Haely White, and exciting regular contributors with expertise in a wide range of interests: Wine: Rick Bakas- pairings; "The Wine Curmudgeon," Jeff Siegel- wine buys; Andrea Schroder of "Top Design- decor;" Comic Jen Kober with the Road Report: Dining on Tour; Jody Green, style expert; Food Network's "Will Work For Food" star, Adam Gertler; Elite travel expert, Stacy Small; freelance A-list entertainment reporters, Scott Huver and Margi Blash; and more.
