GENERAL HOSPITAL MOBSTER: "UNCLE PAULIE"

Larry Guli has been performing since he was in a production of "Oklahoma," in high school, playing the sheriff. He volunteered to do a cowboy dance, Afraid to tell his father, he waited until he found out at the show. His enthusiastic approval was the defining moment for Larry to realize that he would always want to play to an audience.

Larry Guli's "performing" continued to manifest in a motley assortment of ways: as a company commander & Artillery Officer in the U.S. Army, as a member of the New York Stock Exchange and managing partner of one of the most prestigious specialist firm on the floor, and in playing Senior professional golf.

When his grown children relocated to Chicago, he and his wife moved to be closer to them, and he found the opportunities to seriously pursue an acting career. Some of the top people in the business encouraged him enough to relocate to Los Angeles and become at last, later in life, a professional actor.

Larry has since appeared in theatre, many films, television, including "Curb Your Enthusiasm," and has played "Uncle Paulie" on the longest running daytime drama, "General Hospital," for the past year and a half.
