As a young girl, Andrea spent the weekends painting her room, sewing drapes, or making her own clothes from vintage fabrics. At age 18, she met and married her husband actor Ricky Schroder. Together they are raising 4 kids on a farm in the Santa Monica Mountains. Professionally, Andrea works steadily as architectural designer and real estate developer. Her projects range from historic renovations, movie theater renovations, to large custom homes. Andrea also has experience in set design and movie production. In 2008 she is working on several home renovations and a future residential neighborhood in Colorado. In 2004, Andrea co-produced BLACK CLOUD, the film known to have put country singer Tim McGraw on the acting radar. Andrea recently competed on BRAVO’s second season of TOP DESIGN, designing against 13 contestants for the top prize of $100,000 cash and a four-page editorial showcase in Elle Décor magazine, and also was hired for creating the first-ever Winter Wonderland Window Display in NYC for this past holiday season. expand
