Join Christopher & Amanda for a show on how making small changes to our habits can transform the way we feel about life! The conversation will be centered around a recent article in "More" magazine: "Change One Small Habit." Does routine really relive stress and make us happier? Do our brains reward us for keeping good routines and making good habits? Would waking up ten minutes earlier ease the rush of the day? Would replacing bad habits with good ones make us more optimistic?

Christopher & Amanda will share their thoughts on the topic along with their special guest, Stephanie Segal. Stephanie has a Bachelors in Social Advocacy from UCLA and a masters in Social Welfare from UC Berkeley. She has worked at the USC law School Domestic Violence Clinic and has been a smoking cessation counselor for the motion picture and TV industry.
