Craig Kirk: Craig in this episode explains to the listeners that Ohio and American courts are pretty fair and righteous. The problem is that the everyday individuals have no training or understanding how the Bill of Rights Court rules Constitutional construction, or how the common law is applied to the that traffic citation foreclosure contract breach and any other civil or criminal case. Most people have little or no understanding how our search and seizure law works or how to get the court to agree with your motion for an order to suppress the evidence. There are two people or groups at fault: 1. The government for not teaching you law in K-12. 2. Mom and Dad never taught us law or our rights. Ohio Valley Law School is working night and day to turn this national crisis around. Craig says the power is in the pen, not in the gun. So let us shed some light into the dark canyon of ignorance we have around us and learn our rights and the law. It is our responsibility to learn law, not government duty. Americans have to stop suckling on government teats and instead let us fish with our own nets. Want to learn law, rights, freedom responsibility? Ohio Valley Law School is the school teaching at the grass roots. This show will be a great help. Contact the school 740 824 4850 P.O.
