In this episode of AKANFO NANASOM, we examine the seven karkaru (chakras) and their relationship to the Abosom (Deities) of the Akan 7-day week and also the seven spiritual senses. The Abosom Who animate the solar. lunar and planetery bodies which govern the Akan seven-day week are the same Abosom from ancient Khanit and Kamit (Nubia and Egypt) that we continue to invoke and worship today: Awusi, Adwoa, Bena, Abenaa, Awuku, Akua, Yaw, Yaa, Aaba, Afi and Amen Men (Ausar, Auset, Heru Behdety, Sekhmet, Set, Nebt Het, Heru, Wadjet, Nekhebet, Het Heru and Amen Men). All Akan people are named after one of these Abosom.
The term 'chakra' is a corruption of the term 'karkar' from ancient Kamit. This term predates sanskrit by thousands of years. We examine the karkaru as shrines of Abosom (Deities/Orisa/Vodou) within the spirit-bodies of Afurakanu/Afuraitkaitnut (Africans~Black People).
