He moved out to Alberta in 2003 with hopes to take his business to the next level. He started his own contracting company, which he still runs and is very successful. While running his contracting business Charles found it only natural to delve into real estate investing. Charles made his first real estate investment with only $4000.00 and continues to complete multi million dollars worth of real estate transactions. Charles has extensive training in real estate as he has worked with some of the most successful real estate mentors/investors and has since continued to mentor other up and coming investors. Although Charles has done many types real estate investment, he specializes in wholesale and pre construction deals, lease to owns, multi-family acquisition, renovation projects and hard money lending.
