Join us Sunday, April 6 as we discuss New York hip radio on TV, including the new VH1 series "This Is Hot 97" and Power 105's The Breakfast Club being syndication on Revolt TV. What does this increased exposure for our city's hip hop representatives mean? We'll want to hear FROM YOU, so be ready to call in with your thoughts.

Also, we'll be welcoming long-time hip hop journeyman, MeccaGodzilla. This Monster Island Czar has been in several mixes in the last few years, releasing great projects, working with great artists and bringing an entire headphone line to the U.S. shores. We'll talk LIVE with the Strong Island representative.

As always, we'll drop a few new releases you should know about from NY-area artists, recap and preview a few shows, and more.

The NY Hip Hop Report - New York hip hop's #1 talk radio show. Where NY hip hop REALLY lives.

The NY Hip Hop Report is a weekly talk show, featuring discussion regarding relevant New York hip hop topics, interviews with artists and other industry professionals and invites live caller participation. The program, started in 2012 by Birthplace Magazine founder Manny Faces, has included interviews with iconic figures such as Big Daddy Kane and Video Music Box’s Ralph McDaniels, as well as special shows, including an April, 2013 broadcast live from the 10th annual L’Original Festival, a yearly international hip hop festival in Lyon, France.
