The NY Hip Hop Report - Women in NY Hip Hop Edition

In anticipation of several hip hop-related events planned in conjunction with Women’s History Month, The NY Hip Hop Report will revisit the topic of women in New York hip hop, a subject that is being discussed and celebrated by events such as the upcoming All Hail The Queen: A Tribute to the Women in Hip Hop event at the Bronx Museum of the Arts and Momma’s Hip Hop Kitchen, Vol. 6.

On this episode, hosts Manny Faces and Steve Ortiz of New York-based hip hop publication Birthplace Magazine will interview Lah Tere and Kathleen, organizers of the MHHK event, taking place on March 2 at the Hostos Center for Arts & Culture in The Bronx.
