Doug Sauer, CEO of the New York Council of Nonprofits, Inc. and Fred Scaglione, Editor of the New York Nonprofit Press will co-host "Nonprofit Voices" on May 12th at 10:00am. Nonprofit voices will welcome our guest Dan Pallotta, author of the book "Uncharitable." Dan is the founder of Pallotta TeamWorks, which created the multi-day, four-figure pledge minimum charitable fundraising event. "Uncharitable" ventures where no other book on the nonprofit sector has dared to go. Where other well-intended books suggest ways to improve performance within the existing nonprofit paradigm, Uncharitable argues that the paradigm itself is the problem, and calls into question our fundamental canons about charity. Uncharitable is a manifesto that puts a new cause on the map - equal economic rights for charity.
