Allah governs, regulates and sets guidelines and parameters which humanity is obligated adhere to. Marriage is no exception. Is it permissible (halaal) for Muslims and non-Muslims to intermarry? If so, are there any restrictions regarding this?

During this discussion, we will mention the legal rulings (ahkaam) connected to this and discuss the social ramifications of Intermarriage with non-Muslims.

This discussion will be lead by Imam Na’eem Abdullah.

His studies & lectures have also taken him throughout the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Sudan.

The Imam has authored several books, namely: [1] Our Roots (originally published under a different title, with intentions to re-release sometime in 1435/2014); [2] 5 Important Points Regarding Seeking Knowledge; [3] Princes Among Slaves; [4] The Dangers of Birthday Celebrations; [5] Children: The Contemporary Cash Cow; [6] 40 Hadith About Reviving the Jamaa’ah: The Islamic Community; [7] My Brother’s Keeper (co-authored with Amir Khalil Abdullahi); & [8] The Book of Important Points: Part #1 (Imam Na’eem was a contributing writer).  In addition to these writings, he has authored several articles.

Imam Na’eem is the resident Imam of Masjid al-Mu’min (Pittsburgh, PA), the Imam of Nur uz-Zamaan Institute. The Imam is a devoted father & husband.
