Let's compare SCOTUS rulings this week with US history! Emancipation Proclamation. Who made this law? Why? 

The courts ruled this week on matters of:

Affirmative Action. Who made affirmative action laws in US? Why?

Voters rights. Who made voting laws in US? Why?

Defense of marriage.  Who made marriage law in US? Why? 

Freedmens Bureau Bill!  Black Codes Laws! Jim Crow Laws!  A chain can be no stronger than its weakest link. These laws passed by congress looked out for wealthy white men. Same as laws today are made to protect the interest of wealthy white men. How long must we continue to repeat history?
