To all up and coming young Entrepreneurs, Corporate heads, Ceos, Civil Leaders, and Politicians. it does my heart good to see young people striding to make a career for themselves. Taking the inititave to network, and make the connections needed to expand. Let me take a few minutes to school you. Don't address females, young or old females, as Mama. Unless it is YO Mama.
