SHAMAN DREAMKEEPER
I am a collective Black Jaguar Nation Shaman Dreamkeeper in my collective work around the earth both in the waking dream and dreamtime. I am also dedicated to my clients and my female apprentices who are the Earths ancient future DreamKeepers. I have never once taken shamanic drugs and living proof that the ancient ways of drugs of any kind are not the primordial pre-ancient grandmother ways. We can attain the highest levels of visions and shamanic experiences without them and remain connected to nature and illusion free. This is the true path to freedom, freedom from yourself as you begin to see the layers of illusions for lifetimes into the reality of the truth beyond the truth into the great void as a mirror. My apprentices must make this journey to help others, I had to take the journey alone, even silent with no help from spirit to teach my apprentices.

I experience Visions, Dream Walking, Waking Visions, Astral Travel, OBE's, Remote Viewing, Oracle and Common Sense. PSYCHOPOMP: PERSONAL: I clear energy that are the deepest levels as a Death Shaman and generally work with healers who are at the deepest levels of their personal journey, although I do for those experiencing crisis and soul loss as well. Shamanic work is sacred, no drugs or herbs are ever needed if clarity, healing, inner peace, discernment and awakening is what you seek. Those are what I am focused and so my work is guided by this foundation. This requires a delicate balance between setting boundaries with spirit, but also very deep compassion offering them a way to transform. Once you recognize why a spirit is with you, then you have seen your own mirror. COLLECTIVE: My apprentices and I as a group, assist you by working on your land space, possible vortexes and portals, geothermic lines, matrix, grids, time & space warps, tears, energy beings. We do this work not only to assist you but also Mother Earth. DREAM CIRCLE
"I am Dreaming and I am Awake." Once a month Dream circle for beginners through advance dreamers in my Medicine Dream Circle. If you are the emotional creative type, the spacey dreamy or lucid type or the chaos type, then you are probably an untrained dreamer in a technological world - trying to fit in rather than hanging out with your own kind learning about your own gifts... We are such a group who gathers as Dreamers and Dreamkeepers to support each others dreams, both waking and nightly ones. I facilitate now with my apprentice Jennifer.

YOGA NIDRA
Means "Yogic sleep" or "Sleep of the yogis". Yoga Nidra include disciplines and traditions of dream, sleep and still yoga in combination engaged to prepare and refine a emotionally, mentally and physically unification prior to seeking sublime levels and aspects of consciousness and awareness is through meditation, trance and other dreamwork. In some Himalayan lineages, Nidra as Yoga of Clear Light, is a sublime transmission modality in its own right. However, general traditions of Yoga Nidra have related a version of the practice that has become synonymous with yogic relaxation and guided visualization techniques. Suggested at least three years of meditation prior to benefit from Nidra and understanding its effects.

SEER and CLAIRVOYANT READINGS
Seership allows me to access the COLLECTIVE SOUL known in traditions as Oracle. I see a souls projected visual imagery with my Third Eye fully opened and then help you bridge information received with your question to allow changes in your present life to begin to move through fear of change. Clairvoyance is a sub-head under Seership. Clair is defined as 'Clear' and Voyance means 'Seeing'. Each of the Chakras hold information, the upper three are our male and the lower three our female. I see a color that corresponds to each of the aspects of a chakra such as survival issues, relationship issues, karmic issues, love, purpose, etc. I read what surfaces and together we move through the symbolism through discussion to work on personal emotional blocks and issues to help you begin to build changes slowly into your life.

ENERGY HEALER
I started as an attuned Reiki Master practitioner for ten years and then started my work as a Collective Shaman, healing large land and water masses of magnetic fields which I can see. In addition I am experienced at working with negative energy in public and private spaces. For the last five years I have worked on Electro-magnetic fields at Sacred sites in North, Central and South America, the Northwest and Hawaii. Now returning to energy body healing I work with the lower three 'Yin' Chakras specifically to open up the feminine Chakra‘s. MEDITATION
I have used Meditation and stillness of Mind to bring not only deep levels of peace but also to bring depths of wisdom from my soul to surface to my mind. I teach Zen, open eyed and visualization meditation and nidra breath yoga for those who wish to deepen their dreaming practice. If you have never meditated before, it is suggested that you follow your breaths or count your breaths. Let all thoughts pass. If thoughts arise, treat them as "clouds passing by." Acknowledge them, and let them pass. Focus your attention on your breath or on the counting. Zen starts with ten minutes as a good goal to start with. Later, as you gain experience and confidence, you can extend the periods up to 20 or 30 minutes and for mastery up to one hour.

METAPHYSICS
Knowledge is of the Mind, Wisdom is of the Emotion. We all must start somewhere.... I am knowledgeable about esoteric and metaphysical teachings and help others with their questions with proper guidance.

REBIRTHING
I am a certified rebirther. Rebirthing - Breathwork grew out of the work of Leonard Orr co-writing a book with Sondra Ray. Rebirthing is similar to the breath work of kriya yoga and pranayama, but moves deeper into the emotional body, inner child trauma to bring about improvements in health, mental clarity and emotional well-being. Rebirthing Breathwork, the main breathing technique is a connected breath, where the breather does not pause between inhale and exhale. Breathing sessions are done lying down and usually last between one to two hours and ten sessions are required.
