It seems like everyone these days are busy "canning" fruits and veggies but what exactly is "canning"? How hard is it to "can" and is it safe? Today we go step by step as Jason and Shannon share with us the basic techniques of the art of canning.  If they can teach me, they can teach ANYONE!  This should be fun and if not, hey there's always wine! 

Shannon & Jason Mullett-Bowlsby, aka the Shibaguyz, who live & work in Seattle with their own pack of Shiba Inu known as the Shibakidz. They “re-learned” canning a decade ago taking the learned knowledge passed down from their grandparents and parents, mixing it with modern scientifically tested data.
