NWP welcomes Breedlove recording artist "Trinity River Band"

Trinity River Band’s lead vocalist, Sarah Harris has received a 2013 International Bluegrass Music Association (IBMA) Momentum Award Nomination in the Performance/Vocalist category.

Many prominent figures in the music industry are calling her one of the breakout new female vocalists including award-winning songwriter Larry Cordle who said, “Miss Sarah Harris is a fantastically gifted and emotional singer. I look for great things from this band.”

Trinity River Band is a full time national touring band from Callahan, Florida. They have steadily been winning fans and devotees with their high-energy performances, impeccable vocal harmonies and inspiring country-flavored, bluegrass music. Since their beginnings in 2008, they have progressed steadily toward the tight and professional sound they are known for today and are set for numerous high profile performances this year.
There is no better harmony than that of a family band and the group’s harmony blend perfectly serves their musical style, which they term “Countrygrass”. The years spent honing their vocals are evidenced by their recorded and live performances. The group includes the talents of Mike Harris (Guitar, Lead  & Harmony Vocals); Lisa Harris (Bass, Harmony Vocals); Josh Harris (Banjo, Dobro, Harmony Vocals); Brianna Harris (Fiddle); and the mesmerizing lead singer and Mandolinist, Sarah Harris.

The band’s 2013 album, TODAY DON’T LOOK LIKE RAIN, includes a variety of music styles including the first single release, “Today It Don’t Look Like Rain” written by Jeff Barbra and Sarah Pirkle.
