The iconic Robert M. Knight stops in the 2nd half of the of the show to talk rock history stories you won't believe!

Robert M. Knight is a legend in Rock and Roll. His unpresidented access to just about all of the world's most recognized artists in music has given him a unique insight into the emotion of the music. His new book "Rock Gods, Fourty Years of Rock Photography" (foward written by Slash himself) has documentmented the birth of the rock and roll movement and how it has evolved through time. He is going to tell us about these photos and the stories behind them!

 

Robert was one of the first professional photographers to shoot Jimi Hendrix and the last to photograph Stevie Ray Vaughn, Knight has been in the business since 1968, and has quietly created a sprawling archive of classic rock n' roll stills, including the likes of Led Zeppelin, Eric Clapton, Jeff Beck, Steve Vai, and Carlos Santana, to name a few.

Robert is part of Guitar Center's Hollywood Rock Walk team, working alongside Rock Walk Director Dave Weiderman. Robert and partner Maryanne Bilham have an exhibition on the outside of the more than 150 Guitar Centers around America.

Robert's professional life was chronicled in the documentary film Rock Prophecies.
