10-18-09 Show Cancelled Due To Illness

I probably could've done the show but I'm so stuffed up and my throat is so scratchy you wouldn't have understood me anyway.

Flu season is here. Hopefully this will give me enough immunity for the rest of the season because this one is a tough one.

Again, treat the symptoms, stock up on meds, fluids and easy to eat foods and rest. I missed 3 days of work this past week and trust me, not only can I not afford it, my sick leave and vacation starts this week because of my anniversary date wtih the company so I just lost 3 days worth of pay.

Stay safe, use the hour you would've listened to catch up on the news and prepping your family.

This is all under your own control.
