    "I Ghotit Right!" Israeli CEO and Developer of Spell Checker Software Slated to Share

    Ofer Chemesh grew up with Dyslexia. His journey taught him a unique philosophy on success vs. limitation. Chemesh used his background in marketing and management to support the development of a spell checker that recognizes unique errors specific to Dyslexia.
    The tool is "Ghotit", which supports online writing. Chemesh will share his story and the tool he has created with us. Listen live from Israel, while we discuss issues that professionals with Dyslexia have to live with in the marketplace.
    "We must be able to stand alone with the same quality of work, even if we have a disability," Ofer explained in a pre-interview phone visit. "An employer expects certain things and expects quality from us." Ofer shared that his hope was to design a tool to level the playing field so those with Dyslexia can write without frustration."
