I will not run from the Afrikan Goddess, I am praising her, I do not fear loving her, I live her worship. Our men must understand that it is ours to worship her Divine Feminine and Her Sacred Role in the universe. Praise The Afrikan Goddess, I bow in submission to your grace. She does not verify my manhood but complements it with her feminine vibration and I complement her power with my power. If you are not man enough to be man by yourself then you are not man at all!

great show - i believe when we reach a point in our lives where we start to see ourselves as God sees us, we will become free from the destructive personal and cultural influences that can sabotage relationships

continued...queens of our own race anymore. White women ya'll win again. Add this to the list of everything you have the mastery over...we don't have anybody standing up for us now but us. This is quite disturbing.

So this is really true...black men for the most part do not want to be with black women anymore. The female of choice is white women now...hmmm. I suspected this but wasn't certain but this seems to be the trend (or the norm-rather). I just kinda stumbled up on this and of course it caught my attention because this appears to be visibly clear to me. I guess white women are the most desired in the minds of men of all races. Well, sistahs i guess we better shape up huh. We're not even the quee

I LOLed at reason eight. That sounded so ridiculous. Those reasons seem more stereotypical than an actual reality. Then again, I am only 20 so dating isn't high on my list of things to do but I do not think that list of reason would deviate me from dating a black woman. Then again, I do not really discriminate when it comes to race. I cannot really say much on the subject because I'm clueless about it. However, I found Hasani's analysis about how this falls in television shows was on point

i feel men dont want to date black women because sometimes black women can be controlling no disrespect, they come in and try to take over and that can be there down fall. i honestly dont have a problem with dating black women white or whatever. i dont discriminate, feel both black men and women should be 50/50 and sometimes its not like that

Also I am a christian and I firmly believe that the man should be the head of the household but they things it that women should also be asked what they feel and what they think. Sometimes men go overboard and they forget that they are in a partnership and they still have to take into consideration the other person.

I believe that sometimes black men are afraid so marry black women because of their inability to let a man be man so to speak. Sometimes black women are so used to have to step up and do everything and then when they finally get with someone who is able to help them out with everything they dont know how to handle it. However men can be faulted as well because they are sometimes unrealiable and just when women put their trust in them they leave. So yes it is sometimes hard to let down your gaurd

I disagree with you BigBee I really feel that black women look for way more than just security and love they also want someone to give them money who will basically baby them.. Be mindful that yes I do make my girl feel secure and I do give her whatever she wants from me, but she knows that I am not controlling and try to make her feel like she is not a women with her own mind.

continued.. these sistas feel secure bescause at the end of the day most not all black women want security and love. Secondly once sistas get these man I think that they need to let these men to be the men that God called them to be. The bottomlineis that no man is going to stay anywhere where he doesn't feel like a man...

I loved the show.I agree with Mr. Pettiford whole heartly with his assessment. I think that ultimately that black women have lost the know have to function in a heatlhly relationship. I think that this like many other isssue that haunt the black community there is no simple answer on quick resolution. I do think that black people can start by trying to identify their role in their relationship and, draw clear lines in the relationship. furthermore I think that more brothers need to step and make
