He lived homeless for most of the time he was out of prison. He passed 13 drug tests, but finally got so frustrated with being broke and hungry that he failed one and tested positive for #marijuana . Therefore, his parole was revoked. Before prison, he had received disability income since he was a small child. His mother reports that due to the Georgia #prison system's noncooperation with the Social Security Admin., he could not make it and rejoined the 1.25 million mentally ill prisoners in the USA. Reasons like this cause America to have a 67.5 percent #recidivism  rate.
