I know their assessment is that 1 in 5 Americans is mentally ill, but it seems like many more have comprehension issues than that, considering the lies you seem to believe. Many Blacks cannot even connect abusive, militarized police and murderous prison guards to the officials over the U.S. Justice Department who are paid to protect Americans' rights. So let's talk about it.
