The adding of virtuous habits and the elimination of, well, not so good habits, has been, is now and will continue to be a hot topic for many people.  The adoption of virtues moves us toward eliminating "The Integrity Gap" that exists for most of us.

Moving through the literature on this topic yields some very interesting strategies given by some very credible authors.  I have no intention of even attempting to discredit the two authors I will discuss namely, Benjamin Franklin and Abraham Maslow for I met (the writings of) these two men at times of need.  each man took me to a higher place for which I was very grateful.  Their writings and strategies, however, left me with questions and a lack of fulillment; I knew there was something better; something more.

My invitation to you is to join me in this message; it's my journey and the journey of many others.  Perhaps this will save you some time in your path to a more contented, fulfilled life.  The journey isn't supposed to be hard; in fact, it's a joyous one.  Let's look at Benjamin franklin and Abraham Maslow to get some direction.
