"Intimacy With God" (Centering Prayer) #451; 4.12.13

Spirituality is made real when we experience a close relationship with God.  In our study, "Intimacy With God", we move to eliminate the separation between theololgy and spirituality, between doctrine and practice.  For the next two weeks, we will look at an introductikon to "Contemplative" or "Centering Prayer and its impact on Christians for the past two-thousand years.  The participation in Christian meditation or Contemplative/Cen-tering Prayer is a calling to those who have been seekking a deeper relationship with the Lord.  The lack of satisfaction or contentment in life may be the clarion call to all who truly want to experience finding God.  Succeeding studies will lead partici-pants in a methodology of Bentering Prayer and guidance into a lifetime of walking in and with the Lord.
