    Another workout done!

Today I finished another workout at Energy Sports and Fitness.  I completed weight training.  I must still work on my eating habits.  Today's workout was at first a little more exhausting.  But I also didn't eat a breakfast today - which is not good.  Remember when you were a kid, you ate five times a day.  It was not because your stomach was so small but eating throughout the day keeps your metabolism going.  You don't need to eat a full course meal each time.  Just but be sure to eat healthy snacks between breakfast, lunch and dinner.  For example fruits or peanuts between meals - or my favorite a smoothie.
