Judy Karni is a mother of 3 and grandmother of 5 who had her own bookkeeping and tax practice for over 30 yrs.
She has been baking since she can remember.  Her mother and grandmother were great bakers, making homemade honey cake, blintzes from scratch, the famous banana bread, and of course the Cheesecake…and the strudel …. and the mandel bread. Her Mom and Aunties entertained all the time and then it was her turn to make the family events amazing.  From Passover for over 150 and those special moments such as anniversaries etc, baking for the masses was not a problem.

Judy continued to share her baking experience with her children and eventually her oldest daughter was bitten by the baking bug too! 

They had talked about a moment when they would actually have a bakery of their own, and they have manifested envisioned and everything in between to make this happen.
They feel blessed to have the opportunity to not just bake but bake for a cause.  Gluten Intolerance is a growing concern for many especially with the GMO wheat mutation issue.
