    Date / Time:

Is it being too spiritual to expect Christians to live godly lives without compromise?

I've been in ministry for over 14 years and I have to admit, I have NEVER seen a day where there is so much compromise in the church.  I played church for a while, but I gave Christ my all at the age of 22 and have never looked back.  He sincerely took away the desire for worldly things. My desires became about The Kingdom of God. There is a standard for living The Kingdom Life. We have to live by His principles and biblical truths. However, many are saying that it is okay to live any kind of way because God knows our heart. It doesn't take all that! Help a Sister out! Am I being too spiritual because my standards are high? Can Jesus still deliver? Does the blood of Jesus still have miraculour power?
