This week we kicked off something that is very near to my heart - getting healthy and fit...and getting of the weight loss/gain roller coaster. If you have listened long you know that I have battled weight most of my life. Recently I had gastric by-pass surgery and am taking measures to live healthy and fit for life. From talking eith many of you the battle with weight is something many of us face.I've assembled a team who are going to help us really win this battle! On a monthly basis we are going to learn tips on physical fitness, nutrition and healthy living to make this battle a thing of the past. We're keeping this low-tech and simple...we want to focus on living not the process!We want to celebrate our successes as well!
