Join us this week as we welcome the country music band, Breaking Southwest. Hailing from Dallas, TX., country, rock ‘n’ roll, jazz, pop, punk, classical, soul, and all the rest… If you can spout off a genre, one of these guys has probably played it. The roots are planted deep in country music, but listen closely, and you’ll hear little bits of so much more. Since their formation in 2010, Breaking Southwest has continued to steadily grow in the North Texas area. They’ve played for 40,000+ people on New Year’s Eve outside the American Airlines Center in Dallas, they’ve rocked a packed house at The House of Blues in Dallas, they’ve opened for the likes of Kellie Pickler, Billy Currington, Stoney Larue, Johnny Cooper, Reckless Kelly, Roger Creager, The O’s, and many more. With well over 100 shows behind them, Breaking Southwest has fined tuned their live performance to be a fun, high energy, rockin’ good time. And they strive to always leave the crowd wanting just a little bit more. Their new album, “Take a Moment” is available now on iTunes. We will talk to them about their upcoming schedule, get a behind the scenes look at their music, feature their latest songs, and ask them to share their message for the troops. Please be sure to visit Breaking Southwest at http://breakingsouthwest.com/ and spread the word. Fans are welcome to call in and speak live with with them during the show (718) 766-4193  If you would like to participate in the live chat during the show, you must sign up on the show site first and then log in during the show. More great music for a really great cause! And as always we will give shout outs to our deployed military listeners. This is sure to be a terrific show so be sure to join us, Sunday March 9th 2014 at 4:00 PM EDT! Our message to the troops....WE do what we do, because YOU do what you do.
