Anthony Amos has been a one man highlight show the first three days of west team practices with his tremendous speed and fabulous ball skills.

While Amos may have come from out of nowhere for most, he was a First Team All-Sun Belt selection this season, enjoying a career year in 2012 with 72 catches for 992 yards and nine touchdowns, falling just shy of becoming only the second 1,000-yard receiver in school history.

The senior from Fayetteville, NC, had the highlight play of the year with his one-handed touchdown grab in the win over Georgia Tech.

Amos caught up with Joe Everett of Rookie Draft to talk about his game, the Shrine Game experience and his NFL Draft expectations.
