Acceptance typically means approval of something while psychospiritually it implies non-judgment. Most of us know its opposite as egoic resistance. The soul teaches us that acceptance means acknowledging that suffering is a natural part of the human experience. Self acceptance is being loving and happy with who we are now. It’s an agreement with the self to appreciate, validate, accept and support who we are at this moment.
