Apparently we missed that part in the original announcement of this. Could this be a clever political ploy to put the ball in Obama's court and have him deny it by nationalizing the guard? If so, it is pretty moronic. It just shows that the people are the ones that will have to take care of this problem, not government. Meanwhile Putin marches on unabated, Hamas is causing a war in Israel (with Obama’s help) and no one ever wants to take another Malaysian Air flight.
