Discover Breathing Techniques with Melanie DuPuy, CTBF/MA

Joy Advocate and Wellness Coach, Melanie DuPuy, has been a thriving force in the field of Energy and Breath Medicine for over 15 years.  She was trained and certified by The International Breath Institute in Boulder, Colorado and received a Master’s degree in Spiritual Psychology from The University of Santa Monica.  She is a certified Vinyasa Flow Yoga instructor and spent several years studying and regularly practicing mindfulness meditation, Pranayama and restorative yoga.

Melanie offers her clients the opportunity to slow down, get present and listen to what their bodies and hearts have to say.  Breath Medicine is one of her most potent techniques, but she has a variety of personal transformation tools at her disposal, from guided meditation, yoga, visualization, guided journaling, energy and sound healing, and intention setting, to spiritual counseling and creativity coaching.  She also utilizes the latest strategies in self-realization, such as heart-centered listening, opening to intuition, giving and receiving course-corrective feedback, transforming limiting beliefs and creating positive declarations.

With her wealth of education and experience, Melanie has at her disposal a varied and unique skill set.  She is a naturally gifted intuitive healer with a laser-beam like ability to discern her clients’ issues and tailor her approach according to their needs.  Her wisdom, warmth and sense of humor, inspire her clients to experience her transformative processes with a sense of safety and enthusiasm.   She is equally skilled at facilitating large groups as well as individuals.
