Help me welcome my guest Bridgett Collins to the show. Fitness coach Bridgette Collins is the owner of MAC Fitness (Making-A-Commitment to Fitness), an organization that provides strategic solutions for implementing and sustaining healthier lifestyle habits. She is also the author of two books, Destined to Live Healthier and Imagine Living Healthier. Bridgette has been an avid runner for more than 15 years and has participated in numerous 5K and 10 K races, completed four marathons and two half-marathons. No wonder she is being sought out my thousands of individuals around the country as she not only trains people to live healthier lives but also empowers audiences to make positive lifestyle choices.
