Learning to Learn

On tonight's show the shift session will focus on embracing learning. Special Correspondent Jackie Silver will give us an Aging Backwards tip. Guest Dr. Kari Miller will join us. She s a Board Certified Educational Therapist and Director of the Center for Empowered Learning, a unique educational facility that guides underachieving students with special learning needs to realize their full potential. Dr. Miller began her career almost twenty-five years ago and has worked with students in many capacities, including university instructor, special education teacher, and educational therapist. Dr. Miller’s PhD is in Educational Psychology and Mathematical Statistics. She has a master’s degree in Learning Disabilities, Gifted Education and Educational Diagnosis, and a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and Behavior Disorders.
