Tonight, on a non-smoking edition of the Never Daunted Radio Network, we kick off Thanksgiving week with tales of some real turkeys. First up, police in Arkansas say a man's plot to murder another man was reportedly uncovered after he accidentally butt-dialed his intended victim. We'll see how one rear end managed to save another.

Next, because cliches have to come from somewhere, a veteran country music singer was shot and killed early Saturday morning by a Nashville bar owner after the two got in a heated argument...over smoking inside the bar. Looks like Marlboro's might just be a Cowboy Killer after all.

Later, a startup company responsible for one of the most viral ads in weeks has filed a lawsuit against the Beastie Boys after using a version of the band's song "Girls" to promote their product. We'll try to make sense of it, but from here, it looks like a Sabotage.

And finally, tonight's edition of the Cremo Cream Essentials features the Beastie Boys' at their most underrated as we talk about and share some cuts from their 1989 classic, Paul's Boutique!

All this and more, tonight on the Never Daunted Radio Network!
