Tonight, on an abandoned but richer edition of the Never Daunted Radio Network, we open with news that a University of California San Diego student abandoned in a DEA holding cell for four days, without food or water, settled a lawsuit against the Justice Department on Tuesday for $4.1 million. That's a lot of fours.

Next, from the "Poor Bastard" file, a dog is supposed to be man's best friend, but you wouldn't wish this one on your worst enemy. The dog's owner, a paralyzed man, woke to the horror of the dog having bitten off one of the man's testicles while he was asleep on Monday morning. It's a dog-eat-ball world.

Later, a veteran police officer was forced to resign last week after an internal affairs investigation revealed she had used police department equipment to post nude photos of herself online as part of a virtual sex game. Book'er, Danno.

And finally, #DontBeDumb goes overseas as people in Japan, are getting a kind of palm surgery in a belief it will change their future. I can give them a free reading right now: I see a future of dumb, and you're right in the middle of it.

All this and more, tonight on the Never Daunted Radio Network!
