Marc B. Lee is an international Show Host and Auctioneer for a number of events around the world. He has been a science fiction fan for over 30 years and his specialized brand of humor and energy has ignited the excitement of every convention-hosting job from here to Europe. Marc’s association with many Trek actors & behind the scenes artist has kept his wit and knowledge on edge and he takes his responsibilities as a party-rouser and pitch man very seriously, realizing how much the average con-goer pays to be entertained. He has worked with well over 300 sci-fi related and western celebrities. Residing outside of Orlando, Florida, Marc was born and educated in Baltimore, Maryland where he learned a lot about Star Trek from seasoned con organizers of the FARPOINT convention group in that city. He is the President and CEO of an architectural design firm specializing in exquisite homes and commercial structures ranging in sizes of 4000 to 300,000 square feet and the head of an entertainment firm specializing in media planning and execution. Past clients have been TNG's Marina Sirtis & Michael Dorn. He’s the host of the largest sci-fi media convention in Europe (FedCon) and the largest Lord Of The Rings/Twilight/Fantasy gathering in the world (RingCon), of which he also serves as its American Business Manager, both held annually in Bonn, Germany. He’s an auctioneer and sometimes announcer for Dragon*Con in Atlanta and the annual host for Lightspeed Fine Arts Celebrity Charity in California. He recently hosted a STAR TREK movie premiere on California’s Catalina Island with celebrity guests from many Star Trek series in attendance. Two of his most personal achievements has been as the host of James Doohan’s last convention appearance which included attending his Star Reception Ceremony on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in 2004 & as a speaker at the launch of his ashes into space from the New Mexico desert a few years ago.
