EQUIPPING THE SAINTS: Making Disciples of All Nations

Last week Jeff discussed how to be able to best be in a position to Listen to YHWH.

In this week's Life Application portion at the first part of the program, Jeff will open up 1 Cor 7 to examine if YHWH's intent is for all Believers to remain single if possible. Later in the program he will start a discussion on the Holy Spirit. According to these scriptures, is the Holy Spirit a "person" and is it co-equal with YHWH? He will study the use of the Holy Spirit in the Old and New Testament, what the Trinitarian Society believed about the Holy Spirit in the mid 1800's and turn of the 20th century. He will draw a contrast between what the prevailing teaching today are about the Holy Spirit and what the scriptures actually say. Jeff will also make a distinction of the Spirit relative to: 1). The Giver, 2). The Gift (of) and 3). Man's spirit.
