Since the 1937 Marihuana Tax act, and all the following laws and regulations prohibiting the sales, production or use of hemp, cannabis or marijuana, tides are sure changing!

The year is now 2009, and the hottest 2010 trend around the world seems like it is going to be Hemp & Cannabis.

Yet, since the world has finally started to ban together about it's feelings towards hemp and cannabis, fights are starting to break out among the good people who started it all.

It's no longer a questions of "When" or "if" marijuana, hemp or cannabis will soon be legalized. It's a question of "how will it be legalized", and "how will it be regulated".
